James has 20+ years’ Marketing Executive leadership and global marketing experience. He currently holds the title of Chief Marketing Officer of OpenText, the preeminent Enterprise Content Management company. Prior to OpenText, he led the B2B Marketing Strategy team for digital relationship marketing at McCann Relationship Marketing.
While at McCann, He was responsible for Microsoft’s global B2B audience insights and marketing strategy, planning, targeting, analytics, and integrated marketing.
Prior to McCann, James was vice president of marketing and marketing strategy for several large and growth-oriented software companies including a stint at IBM Large Systems Marketing in New York City, and 5 years at Lotus Development.
James is an avid soccer player and an amateur musician on the contra-bass.
